OnFire is a skill-based football prediction and challenge application. The App does not operate as a betting, gambling, or wagering platform. The App:

- Does not display or process cash transactions

All prize-related explanations and transfers occur outside the App.

3. Medals & Prize Representation
Medals displayed inside the App are achievement indicators representing performance or ranking in Tournaments or Flash Games. Medals do not represent money, balances, or virtual currency inside the App. For transparency, the corresponding external prize values are defined as follows:

4. Winner Determination

Winners are determined based on:

⚡ Flash Games
Flash Games do not use leaderboards. Winners are determined based on:
- Correct answers or predictions
- Completion of the Flash Game according to its rules
- Eligibility requirements specific to the Flash Game
5. Tie-Breaking & Multiple-Winner Selection
🏆 Tournaments (Tie Situations)
If two or more users finish with the same number of points on a tournament leaderboard:
- The OnFire system will randomly select the winner(s)
- The number of winners may be one or more, as displayed in the App for the specific tournament
- Selection is performed entirely by automated system logic
- No human intervention is involved in the selection process
The system's selection and the number of winners determined are final and binding.
⚡ Flash Games (Multiple Eligible Winners)
If more than one user qualifies for a Flash Game prize:
- The OnFire system will randomly select the winner(s)
- The number of winners may be one or more, depending on the Flash Game configuration shown in the App
- Selection is fully automated and performed without human intervention
All system selections are final and binding.
6. Winner Notification
Eligible winners are contacted outside the App. Primary communication method: WhatsApp, using the phone number registered in the user's account. Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered phone number is:
- Accurate
- Active
- Able to receive WhatsApp messages
Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in prize forfeiture.
7. Winner Verification
Before prize delivery, OnFire reserves the right to:
- Verify the winner's identity
- Confirm contact details
- Validate compliance with competition rules
Any violation of the App's Terms of Service or this Policy may result in disqualification.
8. Prize Delivery & Payment Methods
Cash prizes are delivered outside the App using third-party services. Available methods may include:
- Bank transfer
- International money transfer services
- Digital wallets or voucher-based services
The transfer method depends on winner's country, service availability, and regulatory requirements. OnFire does not store, hold, or process user funds within the App.
9. Processing Time
Prize delivery times may vary depending on verification completion, transfer method, and third-party service providers. OnFire is not responsible for delays caused by external providers.
10. Taxes & Legal Responsibility
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, reporting obligations, and compliance with local laws. OnFire bears no responsibility for tax liabilities.
11. Limitation of Liability
OnFire shall not be liable for:
- Incorrect or outdated contact details
- WhatsApp delivery failures outside its control
- Delays or failures caused by third-party transfer services
- Inability to deliver prizes due to legal or regulatory restrictions
